About the Position: This FP&A Lead is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight into the financial results of the Workforce Solution business of Japan Adecco with a turnover of 1.1 bn Euros with direct employee population of over 2,000 people. This role will lead the end-to-end financial activities in coordination with in-country sales and support teams and global counterparts, while developing the existing FP&A team into a higher performing team. The overall objective is to contribute to the directional strategy and use in-depth specialist knowledge to provide advice/consultancy in the evaluation of all financial data on the current and projected performance of the brand's business. The role requires a proactive, forward-looking and commercial view to drive operational performance improvements, identifying specific events and options to act on, as well as strong leadership and confrontation skills to drive various initiatives by influencing country and global colleagues. This role reports to the Head of Finance and will manage a team of 6. Key Responsibilities: •Key financial partner to Japan Adecco management, monitoring and managing day-to-day sales, expenses (above EBITA) including cost of services, compensation and operating expenses. •Help drive business results by providing analysis and insight into key business drivers and supporting all forward-looking processes including annual/strategic planning exercises. •Develop and streamline financial management processes to mitigate risk and find value in the business •Build financial models to optimize businesses and new investments •Prepare all necessary materials for quarterly and monthly business reviews with APAC •Support annual budget and short/mid-term financial strategy plan •Manage monthly closing activities in coordination with Accounting and Middle Office, including variance analysis and preparation and explanation of management reports •Manage and develop a high performing FP&A team •Work with various operational teams to improve reporting, manage spend and provide insight •Proactively make recommendations and take action to achieve budget and forecast •Demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance, integrity and ethics |
