■About The Department Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company with more than 100 years of innovation and supervision in diabetes care. This exciting opportunity will be available for a Senior Strategic Channel Manager in the Supply Chain Department. It is newly created role to expand growing Obesity business by building relationship with new pharmacy chain to contribute to the company. ■The Position As the Senior Strategic Channel Manager, you will be accountable for developing channels, driving long-term supply chain customer relationships and acting as the subject matter expert for channel development and collaboration management. The role accountabilities are as follows but are not limited to: ・Define and establish commercial channel strategy (e.g., preparing for strategic product launches). Ensure alignment with global pharmacy strategy, lead development of patient-centric channels such as the implementation, continuous improvements, and follow-up of innovative collaboration agreements with wholesalers’ team, distributors/LSPs (Logistics Service Providers), eHealth companies, buying groups and chain pharmacies. ・Manage strategic partners who are not covered by wholesaler team with annual account planning and agreements (i.e., market activity planning and commercial terms setting/managing changes to existing terms). Manage local market changes and commercial terms with partners when required, including inventory level policy. ・Map and analyse trends, data, and ecosystems to unlock new commercial business models. Manage and develop pharmacy/distribution channels in line with commercial needs across all therapy areas. Ensure compliance with all local requirements and business needs throughout the project's future channel set-up. ・Manage the planning, driving, and following up implementation activities in accordance with project plans and workstreams. Assist supply chain-related sustainability initiatives and participate in digital transformation projects with key supply chain partners to increase efficiency and improve transparency. |
