業務内容

Main Responsibilities
- HR core data management – input / change / delete the Personal data into the system (IAM< LVMH talent, Sireco, Cegit). Update / modify the data in a timely manner
- Arrange, collect and check the onboarding & offboarding documents.
- Manage “application for entry” of the department stores when new hire / transfer happened.
- Handle mails & parcels
- Manage the office supply, such as, stationaries, beverages, etc.
- Filing – P-file, contract and other personal date related documents
- Support relocation for retail staff when one is appointed to the areas where relocation is needed
- Advise and support the retail staff members on medical check, system trouble, and other inquires.
- Handle expense claim and business travel arrangement of President & CEO
- Support President & CEO on scheduling, arranging appointment.
- Support HR&GA Director on business travel arrangement, arrangement of training venue setting etc.

求められる経験

University graduate or Equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources. Retail industry experience is a big plus.

Capability
- Has basic knowledge of local labor law & compensation
- Strong administration skills
- Hands-on, integrity, open-mind
- Proactive, Agile, solution driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- MS excel, word, powerpoint
