Major Duties & Responsibilities Product Strategy - Enable technology solutions across their factory site(s) based on the segment strategy. Align and execute 0-5 years product strategy for their site(s). Responsible for ensuring that Plant Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, Understand the business’s needs and priorities for the product Drive Harmonization across sites within the segment Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value Ensure every local product mapped to standard product category to drive business value thru standardization and optimization. Accountable for Cybersecurity strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap Continuous learning mindset of the latest technology trends and instituting innovative thinking/mindset throughout the organization Business Relationship Management - Work across the senior Factory Site business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy and ensure strategic Supply Chain-Business Technology alignment and partnership. Partners with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environment. Possesses in depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics. Drives Site strategy and addresses customer feedback Single Point of Contact for the Factory Site Business Leadership and Site business and technology stakeholders Communicates effectively and proactively with Site LT/teams & cross -functional teams. Collaborates Across other JJT teams Ensures that SLAs are properly defined, aligned, and met. Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities Partnership with External Manufacturing as applicable Portfolio - Owns efficient and effective delivery of the capabilities to the site that create business value in an agile way; and is aligned with segment, JJT, and enterprise imperatives. Accountable for Product features roadmap / deployments Partners with Site LT on Prioritization of the investments Responsible for the aCAR process; Develops Business case in partnership with business functions. Owns Delivery of technology capabilities for the plant. Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption. Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress to the business teams. Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements. Partnership with Technology Service Team to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget. Owns BP/LRFP for the site in collaborating with his leadership; provides timely input t Financial Management - Drive opportunities for cost optimization for the Plant. Partner with Finance to streamline all financial tracking and management processes Owns all financial aspects of the portfolio management. Accountable for TCO for Product & Services (Plant JJT MAKE TCO) Drives Overall technology Cost Optimization in partnership with Technology Service(TS) and TS finance SPOC for Site Finance team to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs, aligned with Segment MAKE team Talent Management - Actively contribute to JJT & Supply Chain Business Technoloy Credo team activities to drive collaboration, Diversity & Inclusion and transparent communication across teams and functions. Continue updating their skills and knowledge. Training - Ensure that they have development plans including continues learning/training objectives. Focus on innovation mindset and drive Digital Maturity. Approximate % of time: Deliver the site IT portfolio (and operational expenses) and be accountable to deliver against it, improve business processes, eliminate waste, optimize solutions (25%) Manages relationships across IT, business, finance, Automation, engineering and other stakeholders as appropriate (20%) Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits (30%) Ensure risk management and compliancy and adherence to all security regulation and business requirements (25%) |
