業務内容 |
【POSITION SUMMARY/MISSION】 The Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from creating and administrating Purchase Orders to coordinating shipments and inbound/outbound to and from warehouses in Asia. The position further handles cross-function customer service for markets across Asia in cooperation with sales. 【ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS】 Coordinate all inbound/outbound to and from Gregory factory-based warehouses Perform all shipping coordination – follow up shipping documents from suppliers, update shipment details and prepare shipping documents to customers Handle order processing (generate inbound, GR, issue outbound, shipment and invoice) in SAP Purchase Order management and entry in SAP, and follow-up with factories and customers Assist the Senior Supply Chain Manager in Inventory Management tasks Assist the Senior Supply Chain Manager in tracking Vendor KPIs Manage and update available stock lists and perform Customer Service in taking and registering orders and keeping customers across Asia informed of available stock ーPOSITION RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Senior Supply Chain Planner – Gregory Asia Key Internal Customers: Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Senior Management, Regional Brand Heads ーOTHER REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel internationally |
