業務内容

 The Head of Branding & BtoC Marketing is responsible for Adecco branding, BtoC marketing strategic planning and execution of candidate sourcing, and supports the business priorities. In close partnership with sales division heads and the BUs Global/Regional Marketing to define the customer-facing mission & narrative and develops customer journeys, adapt content and assets, aligned to candidate scenarios, and creating positive customer experiences.

 You will drive the sales connection, providing all relevant insights & supporting materials to help sellers retaining, growing & acquiring new candidates/associates. The Head of Branding & BtoC Marketing is also responsible for the Branding & BtoC resource & budget allocation, ensuring metrics are in place to measure impact and ROI, in alignment with the global marketing measurement framework. You lead a group of marketers responsible to create & execute the Branding & BtoC marketing strategy and ensures that the Marketing organization is fit for future.

 The Head of Branding & BtoC Marketing is also responsible for the BtoC strategy, execution and outcomes of digital channels and integrated paid digital programs across our candidates journeys to drive awareness, engagement and bring new business opportunities. You will be launching and managing campaigns; optimizing our web assets; and using analytics to measure, refine and optimize performance.
To be successful in this role you must be ready to drive and execute the overall vision and strategy for Branding & BtoC marketing and help change and transform our marketing investments for impact and best in class internally and externally. Passion for driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction is key.

■Brand Marketing
・Establish & maximize Adecco brand awareness with developing brand strategy, communication and execution.
・Brand value proposition, messaging, narrative & attributes to be executed on country level, and in alignment with Global Marketing.
・Brand campaigns planning including sponsorships/partnerships
・Brand guidelines: creative assets & CX/UX principles definition

■Candidate Sourcing Marketing
・Develop & manage candidate sourcing strategy and pipeline align with the Adecco business strategy
・Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
・Identify Adecco value proposition: Target segmentation, integrated offering as needed, candidate/associate specific benefits, etc.
・Marketing assets development thought leadership & influencer engagement, sales pitch deck, referrals, demand generation campaigns, etc
・Develop new candidate pipepline fit for new/strategic account or businesses, such as workers from overseas and the ones for medical industry.

■Resrouce, Budget and KPI/KGI Management
・Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures

■Team Development and Management
・Building, managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, responsible for their development, including coaching and mentoring.
