The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for candidate marketing planning and execution of Adecco GBU, and supports the business priorities. In close partnership with internal / external stakeholders including the BUs Global/Regional Marketing to define the customer-facing mission & narrative and develops customer journeys, adapt content and assets, aligned to candidate scenarios, and creating positive customer experiences. To be successful in this role you must be ready to drive and execute the overall vision and strategy for the Adecco candidate digital marketing and help change and transform our marketing investments for impact and best in class internally and externally. Passion for driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction is key. Candidate Sourcing Marketing • Develop & manage candidate sourcing Marketing align with the Adecco business strategy • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team • Identify Adecco value proposition: Target segmentation, integrated offering as needed, candidate/associate specific benefits, etc. • Marketing assets development thought leadership & influencer engagement, sales pitch deck, referrals, demand generation campaigns, etc • Develop new candidate pipepline fit for new/strategic account or businesses, such as workers from overseas and the ones for medical industry. Digital Marketing • Establish & maximize Adecco brand awareness with developing digital strategy, communication and execution • Develop & Handle the digital marketing Intelligence & Analytics • Develop the Digital Experience Strategy & Positioning • Develop effective digital touch points for target audience, candidates, clients and stakeholders • Lead & Manage all Digital initiatives • Analyze & measure the effectiveness of digital channels Digital Operations Design & Management • Manage all digital touch points and keep optimizing to maximize the reach to target audience • Manage & optimize digital vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables • Disign the process of digital operation rightly • Optimize the jorney & path of target audience to enhance digital experience with right UI.\/UX Resrouce, Budget and KPI/KGI Management • Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures Team Development and Management • Building, managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals, responsible for their development, including coaching and mentoring. |
