業務内容 |
■Job Purpose ・Ensure effective deployment of HR strategies which are fully aligned with business priorities and HR priorities ・Delivering high quality, standardized HR interventions across a range of HR activities to business leaders including senior leaders and line managers as well as employees to enable them to add maximum value to the business. ・Responsible for about 400- 500 employees across multiple functions ・Be accountable for working with business leaders to build a high performance culture with growth mindset in the fast move environment ■Key Responsibilities ・Strategic business partner with business leaders to enable the business to deliver the strategy and improve performance ・Partner with business leaders on critical people and organizational decisions, including structural changes, workforce plan, people moves and leadership hiring. ・Change Management and Cultural Development utilizing the result of GSK Survey etc. ・Leadership Development and coaching for senior leaders and line managers ・Succession Planning and Talent Management to ensure key talent in critical roles and succession depth for critical roles ・Build strong career frameworks; develop and deliver customized training programs for business needs ・Organizational Design and Development in support of business leaders ・Embed GSK’s way of working and culture into whole organization as one legal entity. ・Support transition of organization structural changes to strengthen/support Japan business, address career and retention issues ・Deliver key HR activities and processes through the year in line with plan, including performance management and manpower planning ・Coach line managers around people related policies, processes and ways of working ・Drive people engagement and retention through creation and execution of robust plans ・Build an inclusive and diverse culture ・Support ER team in resolution of ER issues and implement prevention strategies and compliant culture ・Support the design and implementation of Employee Health and Safety plan |
