KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define the Regional Marketing and Communication (traditional & Digital) Strategy aligning local activities with Global directives ensuring consistent messaging and embodying TOD`S Group values inside and outside the Maison
- Build a coherent calendar of events and opportunities to maximize visibility toward different audiences, platforms etc dedicated to both retail and brand events
- Manage marketing and communication budget, ensuring that the strategy would be being completed at the highest standards setting and maintaining a comprehensive production schedule for all team members to adhere
- develop and implement locally a relevant talent strategy inclusive of celebrity, ambassadors, friends of the house, to increase desirability and visibility, for the brand
- suggest and develop relationships with key influencers and friends of the house (new and existing) to build brand relevance through both organic and paid partnerships
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and processes which support marketing and sales functions
- Follow up with brand on assets, product details, social media details, 360 plan participation, brand calendar activation details, and any miscellaneous questions or issues that might arise from an executional standpoint

For the Digital Side

- Manage and operate LINE official account and work, annual plan and develop local content assets.
- Plan, arrange and produce multiple digital ties up dealing with web media to support maximum both branding and commercial locally.
- Create digital media plan (display / social / SEM) & KPI according to campaign, and report to HQ.
- Support the Ecommerce Team by providing assets and planning dedicated campaign.
