業務内容

■The Position
As a Senior Manager of Cell Therapy Strategy Operations, you will drive the overall Cell Therapy business excellence strategy and the programs across the product lifecycle that enhance our overall customer and patient experience. You will also be driving continuous data/ insights-driven innovation throughout the commercial organization. You will identify, design, and execute integrated (field) data, as well as Real Word Data (RWD) analytics to develop new insights and meaningful recommendations, and influence the Cell Therapy Department at all levels to incorporate in decision making, such as marketing and account management strategy and tactics. You will be also required to drive critical customer engagement / commercial excellence / Multichannel Customer Engagement (MCE) initiatives including but not limited to Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system, field incentive scheme and field capabilities. Furthermore, you will be be in-charge of working on a cross functional basis ensuring that all stakeholder/ customer needs and perspectives are considered, and that local plans and tactics are prioritized to achieve the desired goals, and act as a Cell Therapy ‘center of excellence’ and company champion at all times.

■Other tasks include, but are not limited to:
・Partner closely with the Cell Therapy Department Head and relevant functions to form an idea, and develop the co-commercialization operating model, including both in-house and customer-facing operations.
In collaboration with the Commercial Excellence Department, share innovative business tools throughout the Cell Therapy commercial organization. Develop and implement prioritized local cross-functional projects at affiliate level.
・Lead and empower the team in customer engagement, business excellence, field training, and business development. Collect key insights aligned to Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and patients from all related stakeholders and continue to show impact and reflections on brand strategy and address gaps in the product journey.
・Develop strategies and programs that increase customer/ patient engagement and work across functions to ensure that educational/ engagement materials or contents are relevant and impactful for the local market and specific target.
・Motivate the Cell Therapy team to ensure the correct logical direction and methodical implementation of local policies in line with business requirements and guidelines.

・Fluency in Japanese and business level English is required.
