業務内容 |
■Job Purpose ViiV will reinforce the capability of data analysis and sales force effectiveness. Within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, the role will focus on sale force design, targeting/call allocation and performance tracking including sales force incentives. In a market with a limited number of patients and a highly uneven distribution, they are engaged in a highly difficult analysis to find superiority over the competitor. Through consulting to marketing head and sales head as the trustworthy inhouse experts, this role contribute to effectively and seamlessly implementation sales planning and performance management. ■Key Responsibilities SFE manager will ensure right targeting, right call frequency, right territory design and SFI in order to keep consistency sales action plan and execution. With robust sales reps performance monitoring and closely working to sales head, SFE manager has responsibility for navigating high execution level in sales department and leads to higher business efficiency. In addition, SFE manager also performs BI&A work as a member of the department. |
