業務内容 |
◆Job Description / Capsule Reporting to Human Resources Vice President, Japan. Support sizable BU/function or multiple functions, keeping very close relationship with function(s)/Business Unit head and leadership team members. Will make a significant contribution to the development of company policy pertaining to the area. Long-term strategy and overall business philosophy and objectives typically guide this role. May head 1-3 of professional and support staff and will focus on all areas of Human Resources activity areas within a medium to large section of the organisation. ◆Typical Accountabilities Contributes to the development of the functional area business strategy and links the HR business plan and functional HR plans ●Contracts with other HR functions and senior business leaders to diagnose, design and deliver specific HR interventions aligned to performance improvement or business change outcomes ●Ensures HR solutions align to the global / Japan AZ HR Agenda by utilising global / Japan AZ HR policies, procedure, tools and techniques in areas including organisational effectiveness, change management and business transformation, employee engagement and relations, people transition, manpower and performance management ●Delivers HR solutions to agreed scope, timescale, cost and benefit across or within business areas: ・Develops and manages execution of plans, including activities, resources, costs, roles & responsibilities, benefits and outcomes ・Delivery of HR solutions on time and on budget ・Effectively manages changes to required scope ・Establishes relationships with business and HR stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure their understanding and commitment to the outcomes ・Ensures effective status reporting ・Ensures risk management, benefits management and communication ●Analyses organisational and employee trends from multiple data sources as an input to future HR solutions ●Develops effective relationships with functional leaders in order to drive effective people management and improved business performance ●Develop team members, model HR professional for other members in HR. ●Collaborate well with other HR functions to deliver solutions for AZKK to realize strategic imperatives/strategic priorities for AZKK.. ●Lead cross functional initiatives either within HR or with outside HR for acceleration of HR agenda |
