業務内容

MISSION OF THE JOB /: Lead and manage all recruitment activities across Office, Retail, and F&B divisions, as well as New Graduate hiring, in alignment with the company’s business strategy and workforce plan. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Armani as an employer of choice, strengthening the brand’s attractiveness and competitiveness in the talent market. Ensure timely and effective hiring to support business growth and maintain optimal headcount levels that enable the achievement of organizational goals.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Recruitment Strategy & Planning
・Develop and execute annual recruitment strategies covering mid-career, new graduate, and temporary hires.
・Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand organizational needs and design appropriate hiring solutions.
・Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions to anticipate future workforce requirements.
・Lead employer branding initiatives that communicate Armani’s vision, culture, and values to the talent market.

2) Mid-Career & Temporary Recruitment
・Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Office, Retail, and F&B divisions, including permanent, contract, and dispatch employees.
・Manage all stages of the recruitment process: job requisition, sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
・Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and drive process improvement.
・Ensure an excellent candidate experience consistent with Armani’s brand standards.

3) New Graduate Recruitment
・Plan and execute annual new graduate hiring programs, including target setting, timeline development, and selection process design.
・Build and manage relationships with universities, vocational schools, and external partners.
・Lead planning and execution of internships, company presentations, and campus events.
・Develop creative content and communication strategies (e.g., social media, events, and brand storytelling) to attract top student talent.

4) Vendor & Stakeholder Management
・Manage relationships and negotiations with recruitment agencies, dispatch firms, job media, and university partners.
・Evaluate partner performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost efficiency.
・Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to align with global talent acquisition policies and reporting standards.

5) Team Management & Development
・Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to enhance performance and professional growth.
・Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and operational excellence across the HR function.
・Set team goals, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans to strengthen capability.

6) Budget & Process Management
・Manage the recruitment budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
・Track and report headcount status in collaboration with HR Operations and Finance.
・Continuously improve recruitment systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and agility.
・Provide regular hiring performance and ROI reports to management.
