業務内容 |
職務概要（Job Purpose） 工場における自動化設備（Automation）、制御システム、設備更新管理（Obsolescence Management）、サイバーセキュリティおよびOT（Operational Technology：制御・生産システム）セキュリティ全般の責任者として業務を担当します。 また、自動化分野のSME（Subject Matter Expert：専門技術責任者）として技術的な意思決定や標準化をリードします。 ■主な業務内容（Key Responsibilities） ・オートメーションおよびOTシステムの管理 ・OTシステムにおけるサイバーセキュリティ戦略をリードする ・工場全体の自動化施策を推進する ・OT機器およびライフサイクル管理を担当する ・全設備の校正（Calibration）基準を維持・管理する ■オートメーションシステムの設計・運用 ・PLC、SCADA、IoT、ロボット等を活用した産業用自動化システムの設計・導入・維持管理 ・OT（Operational Technology）環境の監視およびセキュリティ管理 ・工場内へのOTサイバーセキュリティ標準および原則の導入・展開 ・自動化システム向けのサイバーセキュリティポリシー策定および運用 ・制御システムのリスクアセスメントおよび脆弱性管理の実施 ・スマートファクトリー／生産ラインへのネットワーク・エンドポイントセキュリティ導入 ・IT部門およびエンジニアリング部門と連携し、セキュアな自動化環境を構築 ・OT環境におけるセキュリティインシデントの調査および対応 ・OTシステムやサイバーセキュリティに関する教育資料の作成および研修実施 ・生産性・安全性・信頼性向上に向け、新技術導入や新システムの開発・設置を推進 ・OTシステムの安定運用を維持し、セキュリティアラート対応を主導 ・自動化設備に関する課題を分析し、効果的かつ持続的な解決策を実施 ■標準化・コンプライアンス対応 ・オートメーションおよび制御システムについて、信頼性・堅牢性・バリデーション適合性を確保する ・GMP、法規制、サイバーセキュリティ基準への適合を保証する ・計測機器に対する校正（Calibration）基準を工場全体で遵守・運用する ※以下、原文（英語表記）となり、原文と日本語の表記で差異がある場合には原文を正といたします。 Job Purpose ・Responsible for all aspects of Automation and controls, obsolescence management and Cyber & OT security. Act as SME and engineering authority for Automation. ・Following will be key areas of scope, ・Lead Cybersecurity strategies for OT Systems ・Lead automation aspects. ・Manage OT Equipments and lifecycle ・Maintain Calibration Standards for all equipment. Key Responsibilities Manage Automation solution & OT lifecycle: ・Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems (PLC/SCADA, IoT, robotics). ・Monitor and secure OT (Operational Technology) environment. ・Embed the OT cybersecurity standards and principles at Site. ・Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies for automated systems. ・Perform risk assessments and implement vulnerability management in control systems. ・Integrate network and endpoint security into smart manufacturing/production lines. ・Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure-by-design automation. ・Investigate and respond to security incidents in automated environments. ・Development and delivery of training materials for OT systems and cybersecurity standards ・Develop and install new systems, where it is possible to introduce new technologies, throughout the site to aid process performance, safety, and reliability. ・Ensure secure and stable operations for the OT Systems. Lead OT security alerts at site and ensure timely completion. ・Identify and resolve automation issues by implementing effective and reliable solutions. Maintain standards : ・Ensure that Automation & Control systems are reliable, robust, validated and conform to regulatory, GMP and Cyber Security standards. ・Also ensure Calibration standards are followed and applied across Site for instruments. |
