業務内容 |
This role is responsible for managing excellent IT support and improve IT services, having the end user in mind and striving to become a true business partner. Managing infrastructure information technology to supports current and future business requirements in a user friendly and cost effective way. Business Solution: • Develop and implement IT governance structure • Accountable for resolving issues and prioritizing enhancement requests in support of Rockport Group strategic direction. • Accountable for ensuring internal customer satisfaction. • Responsible for acquiring and maintaining knowledge of all functions in a dynamically changing environment. • Responsible for ensuring systems supporting the business are operating effectively. • Responsible for Identifying and steering the regions demand to Group IT in a timely and comprehensive manner and ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and documented. • Accountable for project delivery of applications or technology. Responsible for managing and motivating a team. Ensures the management of the team: sets up the organisation of the team, incl. target setting, personal development and employee engagement. As required manage outside contractors. • Responsible for Managing and developing a team. • Accountable for establish budget with user approval and monitor actual charges are in line with work performed. Accountable to operate within annual budget. • Where required, to provide leadership, welfare and coaching to your team. Service (Infrastructure): • Responsible for local Infrastructure Operations with various office locations, warehouse (if applicible) locations and Remote after service center. • Responsible for service management, incl. management of service desk and desk side support. Furthermore, responsible for workplace end user satisfaction and IT Services Level Agreements are defined and met. (Who is establishing the agreement? • Responsible for partering with Global IT members to implement the the strategy and solutions from Global IT toestablishe a Infrastructure IT Plan • Responsible for IT compliance for local infrastructure services (e.g. antivirus, patch management, license management, incident management) • Provide governance to local organization based upon global HW / SW / process / solution standards. Align on local solutions with Regional and Global infrastructure team prior preceding local solution implementations. • Management of local infrastructure budget and control of global infra allocations (See Accountabilities) • Contribute to innovations, being in contact with users and consumers to propose new ideas, contributing to business success and customer satisfaction. • Manage external services and drive sourcing discussions for IT services. • Manage external relationships with key customers and suppliers and look for efficiency gains (Accountablities) • Vendor Management • Responsible for local contract reviews and negotiations. Key Relationships: • Internal business customers • Global IT, market and global (HQ) colleagues, including business solution • Internal staff - direct reports (where applicable) • IT vendors, contractors (where applicable) |
