Job Description 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities <Role purpose> Drive and maximize sales performance in field through developing and leading various initiatives including SFI programs, selling skill development, sales organization optimization. <Key responsibilities> ・Overall responsibility for the end to end execution of Japan SFI programs to motivate sales team and drive performance in field. - Developing SFI scheme aligning to brand strategy through partnering with the business - Obtaining approval of SFI scheme from senior stakeholders including GM - Managing key SFI governance, risk and management monitoring activities to ensure ・Build and execute a Capability Development strategy closely working with cross functional team to identify capabilities ・development areas and addressing them through an innovative and comprehensive solutions - Design assessment scheme to identify development areas - Conduct analysis on various data to find insights - Develop strategy/solutions to tackle identified improvement areas ・ Performing analysis of sales figures, KPIs, insights from field to identify improvements to strengthen and drive efficiency in field ・Design sales organization structure and sizing which is fit-for-the purpose, aligned to company direction and brand strategy ・Lead cross functional/companywide Project managing wide range of stakeholders |
