You will join a team of legal professionals with diverse background and experience. 自動化、コネクティビティ、電動化などの新技術の分野で幅広い課題を抱える自動車産業において、社内法務やコンプライアンスの分野でご自身の知識や専門性を発揮でき、また多様な環境の中で、法律知識とビジネスの両方が必要とされる実務的な課題に触れる絶好の機会です。多様な経歴と経験を持つ法律専門家のチームに参加して頂きます。 Key responsibilities Legal • Counsel company management and leaders on legal risks associated with various alternative means for achieving business objectives • Develop legal strategy and plan in line with the business objectives, working closely with relevant function/division management and leaders • Advise operational and corporate functions of UD Trucks in all areas of the law (commercial, competition, corporate, employment, IP, etc.) • Provide legal services and manage wide variety of legal issues relating to the operations of the company, including corporate governance, commercial contracts (marketing, distribution, aftermarket, and technical assistance), disputes, employment, and environment • Manage disputes in coordination with functions and external counsels and interface with government/regulatory bodies as required • Monitor legal or regulatory changes in relevant jurisdictions and optimize legal security/compliance: report on legal incidents and litigations, compulsory standards, and develop new processes to secure operations Coordinate with other counsels within the team and Isuzu Group and manage outside legal service providers as required 法務 • 事業目的達成のための様々な代替手段に関連する法的リスクについて、会社の経営陣やリーダーに助言する。 • 事業目標に沿った法的戦略および計画の策定、関連する機能/部門の管理職およびリーダーとの緊密な連携。 • UDトラックスの事業部門およびコーポレート部門に対するあらゆる法律分野（会社法、競争法、労働法、知的財産法など）での助言。 • コーポレートガバナンス、契約（マーケティング、流通、アフターマーケット、技術支援）、訴訟・紛争、雇用、環境など、会社の運営に関連する幅広い法的問題の管理および法的サービスの提供。 • 各事業部門や外部の弁護士と連携した係争の管理、および必要に応じて政府・規制機関との折衝。 • 関連する法域における法律または規制の変更をモニタリングし、法的セキュリティ/コンプライアンスを最適化する。 • チーム内およびいすゞグループ内の他のカウンセラーとの調整、および必要に応じて外部のリーガルサービスプロバイダーの管理。 Compliance • Implement UD Trucks compliance policies and initiatives to raise employee awareness • Develop implementation plan and provide compliance trainings to employees of all levels • Contribute to building and developing UD Trucks’ compliance framework and culture • Lead or support UDT Compliance Officer on compliance investigations as required コンプライアンス • UDトラックスコンプライアンスポリシーと従業員の意識向上のための施策の実施。 • 全階層の従業員に対するコンプライアンス研修の実施と実施。 • UDトラックスのコンプライアンスフレームワークと文化の構築と発展への貢献。 • UDTのコンプライアンスオフィサーをリードし、必要に応じてコンプライアンス調査をサポート。 Our “Corporate Counsel’s Culture” To be successful in role, we believe you are • Proactive ・Take full responsibility for the legal and compliance risk management ・Get to know the business and keep track of what is on-going ・Develop a process that allows you to regularly and routinely touch all departments ・Network internally and externally • Passionate about adding value to the business • A team player that creates awareness of the legal function’s value-add 私たちの "コーポレート・カウンセルの文化" 私たちは、あなたがこの分野で成功するために、次のようなことを信じています。 • 積極的であること - 法務・コンプライアンスリスクマネジメントの全責任を負う。 - ビジネスを知り、何が進行中なのかを把握する。 - 定期的に各部門と接触するプロセスを構築する。 - 社内外にネットワークを持つ。 • ビジネスへの付加価値を高めることに情熱を持っている。 • 法務部門の付加価値を認識させるチームプレーヤーであること。 |
