業務内容 |
Job Purpose: ・Drive NRM (Net Revenue Management) framework and key initiatives. ・Key partner to CSM (Category Shopper Marketing) managers and finance managers as a part of the annual IBP (Integrated Business Planning) & 3/1 process. ・Support the customer commercialisation for each channels & partner with stakeholders to ensure its execution. ・Work closely with the JCLM (Japan Commercial Leadership Meeting) Team on key strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Net Revenue Management: Lead the NRM strategic agenda in partnership with stakeholders (Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, Category Planners, Finance managers, etc.). Drive the creation of strategies from the 5 key NRM pillars with cross functional teams in the areas of Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Mix Management, ROI, Promotional Management, TI, and actions needed to implement the recommendations. Lead the deployment and institutionalisation of global NRM frameworks in Japan. Strategic Planning: Lead the IBP process that results in a “ONE IBP” for the business and customers. Support the 3/1 Plan Strategy process in Japan with finance managers. Customer Strategy & Planning: Build and institutionalise a strong aligned joint customer planning (JBP) process and assist the Sales team in executing this process with our strategic customer partners. Leverage retailer benchmarking to drive an optimised customer planning process. Work with CSM category planners to ensure category growth drivers are operationalised by linking them to differentiated customer initiatives to deliver against internal & external KPIs. Influence the 4Ps, distribution, promotion & merchandising strategies, ensuring customer centricity. Coach & support the CSM category planners to deliver brand commercial plans. Customer Negotiation: Work with the CSMs, RSMs/KAMs, to drive capability & improved financial outcomes via scenario planning from key commercial negotiations with our major customers to deliver incremental sustainable profitable outcomes in the areas of product mix, price realisation, place & promotions. Business Strategy: Support the development & delivery of the Japan Strategic Pillars. Develop & Implement LT’s operating framework to monitor performance against strategy & course correct with clear engagement strategy for LT & the broader business. Work closely with the Japan JCLM Leadership Team on key strategic projects and initiatives, as required. |
