◆Job Description / Capsule Responsible for deploying employee relations matters in order to realize Great Place to Work, such as conducting/managing cases of investigations on bulling and harassment, preparing and running Disciplinary Committees, managing employee relations matters, managing external union matters, maintain good relationship with employee representatives, and other agenda on working conditions. ◆Typical Accountabilities ully supporting Employee Relations Director, responsible for conducting the following agenda: 1. Managing Bulling and Harassment matters ・When speak up is done by employees, immediately share the case with Employee Relations Director so that the case to be triaged and investigators to be assigned smoothly by ER Director/HRVP. Manage the cases as case manager. ・ When investigation is assigned, conduct full investigation, develop reports, collect necessary external input, prepare disciplinary committee ・Record and maintain global investigation reporting system in timely manner ・Meet requests from global investigation team. ・Develop and provide Bulling & Harassment training for all employees in order to accelerate developing “speak my mind” working environment. 2. Managing Employee Relations matters ・When receiving any employee relations incident, issues, or any concern, immediately share the case with Employee Relations Director so that the most appropriate approach to be decided by ER Director/HRVP ・Manage assigned employee relations cases collaborating with legal department, compliance, external lawyer, HRBPs, business leaders, ER Director/HRVP or any other personnel necessary. ・Conduct Disciplinary Committee / Down Grade Committee as secretariat ・For B&H matters as well as any misconduct by employees, prepare and run disciplinary committees as secretariat, manage reports and records, implement necessary action on disciplinary action. ・Prepare and manage the operation of down grade committee 4. Deploy external union management ・Collaborating with ER Director, establish mid-term strategy on external union agenda, work with external experts on deployment of the mid-term strategy, manage union negotiations including spring offense, each collective bargaining, and any other agenda with external union. Manage union negotiation closely collaborating with external experts and internal stakeholders. ・Maintain minutes on each action, follow up on the actions, flag any potential issues to ER Director/HRVP to avoid any incident to happen. 5. Manage and develop Employee Representative Group as a respected and active group ・Deploy mid-term strategy to develop Employee Representative Group to be a positive and effective opinion and proposals for the company to accelerate in developing Great Place to Work ・Manage Employee Representative Group develop good knowledge on company rules and any other matters employees are interested regarding working condition ・Manage and run Company – Employee meeting to be a good place to listen to employee voice. ・At the time of updating company work rules, implement new program, or manage 36 kyotei and any other company-employee agreement, conduct appropriate communication and manage explanation sessions etc. 6. Communication with employees ・Responsible for conducting appropriate communication with employees including ACT update, messaging on work rule update, etc. ・Provide appropriate trainings for managers and employees in ER, work rules, etc. 7. Meet labour law related regulatory requirements ・Maintain and submit 36 kyotei and any other company-employee agreements ・Submit data and reports required by labour laws ・Submit company work rules at the time of upgrade, etc. 8. Reform of Working Practices to be Great Place to Work (働き方改革 for GPTW) Collect information on new trend in the industry as well as trend and practice in other industry for reform of Working Practices to be Great Place to Work, share the information with HR so that AZKK can upgrade HR programmes to design GPTW. Set the mid-term strategy to improve “Working Practices” such as long-hour working, new ways of working in the field, AZ ways of working for office workers, or any other agenda relates to working practice. ・Deploy strategy to change the long-hour working culture. ・Collaborate with Total Reward team and HRBP, deploy strategy to improve new ways of working for the field employees and non-field employees so that AZKK can be the top company in the industry for new ways of working. 9. Provide advice and information on ER matters to HR members 10. Contributes as an ER specialist for any ER related agenda at the time of restructuring, M&A, PMI, etc. ◆Key Relationships to reach solutions Good collaborations with People Services, COEs, and HRBPs. |
