業務内容 |
You will create and deliver the following high strategic values that reflect the current and future business objectives of region Japan by partnering with Executive Management Team Members (EMT) and driving qualification. You need to understand the business and to align our People and Organization (P&O) strategies with the organization's objectives. This position will report to the Vice President, P&O. Based in Japan, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ・Partner with Executive Management Team members (EMT) to create and deliver high strategic values that reflect the current and future business objectives of the region. Drive collaboration among EMT and other stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness for the multi-therapeutic area (TA) portfolio and leadership development. ・Lead and develop strong collaboration within Global Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to provide the best HR service and prepare the organization to meet current and future business requirements in a changing environment. Align people and organization (P&O) work, initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and strategy. ・Analyse organizational problems using systems models, diagnostics, and data, and provide solutions for your assigned client group(s). Influence cultural evolution through strong partnerships with CoEs, create an inclusive environment, as well as provide coaching to EMTs and leaders to improve the effectiveness of leadership teams. ・Serve as a people manager for a group of experienced HRBP(s) and invest in their career growth and development. Mentor and coach the HRBP team on HR processes and manage complex high-tier cases. Identify training needs within the assigned client group(s) and develop implementation plans in coordination with CoEs. Ensure adherence to Novo Nordisk Japan and HR's policies and local laws, mitigating any potential risks to the company. |
